At Hampden Hounds, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive returns policy to accommodate your needs.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
It must be in its original packaging, including all tags and labels attached.
Proof of purchase must accompany the return. i.e. your order number must be provided.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for headwear items such as caps, or for our signature blanket.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us via the form below to inform us of your intent to return an item.
Once your return request is confirmed, carefully pack your item ensuring it has all original labels attached.
Ship the package to the address we have provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s process.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
